On Elm street

In fact I don't really like horror films. Thriller is okay, if with an interesting story. The poster and title did attract me at first, so i went for that free screening with yih.

The films centers around a group of teenagers being hunted by a burned man called Freddy Krueger in dream. They soon realize that what happens in their dreams happens for real, and the only way to stay alive is the stay awake. They share a common link that attended the same preschool together, while freddy krueger was the gardener at the preschool who hurt the kids. The reason for him to kill all of them is because they tell the truth that he used to hurt them. I wonder if there is any better reason for him to kill them all.

The overall story is not as interesting as I expected. Typically there are some scenes that to frighten you. Some parts of film are nice as how they get killed one by one, struggle to escape from Freddy, and finally find out the reason behind.

A killer who attacks you in your dreams...

Arghhhh... Horror movie just isn't for me.

Anti Horror :D
